Thank you for your prayers and support of my service in Egypt. I am writing to you from Chicago, where I am going through orientation with 64 other young adults from the ELCA and the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). It has been very encouraging hearing their stories and getting to know about their desires to serve as missionaries. By time this is printed, I should be in Egypt.
